Independence Day
On the 15th of August, our organization commemorates Independence Day with deep reverence. Our chairman hoists the national flag, uniting members and children in the national anthem. We conduct campaigns to educate tribal communities about the day’s importance and sacrifices made for our independence. We also arrange music and dance programs, in which local children involve with joy, and create a vibrant atmosphere of patriotism. This day serves as a vital reminder, instilling the significance of independence in the young minds eager to embrace the spirit of patriotism.
Republic Day
Every 26th of January, we commemorate Republic Day, marking the adoption of our constitution. We promote unity, harmony, and constitutional awareness by raising flags and organizing cultural events for children. Our programs educate tribal communities on this day and the constitution’s importance in India’s democratic foundation, fostering enthusiasm and creating memorable experiences that strengthen our commitment to democratic values and national pride.
Ambedkar Jayanti
Ensuring the protection of women’s rights is paramount for their welfare and well-being. We conduct numerous campaigns focused on raising awareness among women about their rights, especially widowed, single, and divorced women who are vulnerable to abuse and fraud. We stand alongside them, encouraging them to assert their rights, raising their voice and providing education on relevant laws established by the judiciary system. Empowering women through knowledge and support is crucial for creating a safer and more just society.
International Women’s Day
International Women’s Day holds great significance for Pushapavan Mahila Bahuudeshiya Sanstha. On every 8th March, our female members unite to organize events that promote awareness among women. We emphasize their health, rights, responsibilities, and the importance of raising their voice against any mistreatment. Our goal is to encourage education, empower them to educate their children, and provide opportunities for training to enable financial independence.
Children’s Day
On November 14th, we joyously celebrate Children’s Day in honor of India’s first Prime Minister, Jawaharlal Nehru. The students of Brahmi Sishu Bihar and local children join the festivities, relishing delicious food and chocolates. Our program educates them about Nehru, his contributions, and the significance of the day. Witnessing their happiness on this occasion brings us immense joy, fostering a sense of togetherness and celebrating the spirit of childhood.
World Tribal Day
We also observe World Tribal Day on August 9th, dedicating it to the most marginalized global community. Through collaborative programs, we educate them about rights, responsibilities, and promote their culture. We raise awareness about our services aimed at empowering them and advancing their society. This day serves as a platform to celebrate and uplift the marginalized tribal communities, fostering a sense of empowerment and cultural preservation.
Biirsa Munda Jayanti
On November 15th, we commemorate Birsa Munda Jayanti, a significant day for the tribal population. Remembering this great tribal leader and freedom fighter, we pay homage to his contributions to tribal empowerment and India’s struggle for independence. Through events and programs, we inform others about Birsa Munda, honoring his legacy and inspiring a commitment to his vision of equality, justice, and empowerment.
